Industrial Buzzt - To get identified, if they have imported Chinese drywall in their homes called Knauf, because the deadline has been extended to 1-15-2010. At the same time the group is saying,"These poor homeowners needed a robust, and meaningful federal response back in February of 2009. Its now January 2010, & we have basically nothing-except for really bad advice from the US Consumer Products Safety Commissions web site-----call your insurance company if you have toxic Chinese drywall in your home?"

The group says, "If a homeowner calls their insurance company to complain about toxic Chinese drywall, their insurance company will reject the claim, and probably drop the homeowners coverage." For more information please contact the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center at 866-714-6466. Americas Watchdog's Chinese Drywall Complaint Center has been doing everything possible to call attention to Chinese toxic drywall, and assist completely innocent US homeowners, stuck in what they call the worst environmental disaster for homeowners in US history. At the top of the groups list is to make certain that homeowners in Florida, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, Virginia, Southeast Texas, and other states who have a specific type of drywall from China called Knauf get identified now. The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center will be working everyday through the 15th to try to help homeowners identify Knauf, if they live in a subdivision, or condominium where this specific type of drywall imported from China has been discovered.

The group is saying,"Knauf may be one of just a few Chinese drywall makers that actually may settle claims against them. This is why its so critical to identify homeowners, who have a specific type of imported Chinese drywall in their home, or condominium called Knauf. For months the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center has been investigating US manufacturers who may have also produced toxic drywall. The group is saying,"we can confirm that US drywall manufacturers were involved in producing toxic drywall. At this point our theory is major US drywall manufacturers were using untested raw gypsum imported from China, or they allowed for toxic gypsum to get into their supply chain without the proper tests, or safe guards." The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is also confirming, there is such a thing as counterfeit drywall, that was shipped in from China. The group says,"We have seen drywall with what are at best amateur Underwriter Laboratory seals, that we presume came from China. We are also very concerned about drywall we have discovered in the US Southeast that are completely blank----no fire rating code--just blank. What is stunning about the blank drywall---where were the city, or county building inspectors?" The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center has just learned that a major US bank will require drywall testing before a homeowner, or potential homeowner can finance, or refinance a home. The group assumes this is limited to the US Southeast for now. What Are The Symptoms Of Toxic Drywall? What are the signs, symptoms or indicators of toxic Chinese Drywall?

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "in Florida, the US Southeast, Virginia, or other states known to have toxic Chinese drywall, the four biggest symptoms/indicators of toxic Chinese drywall we hear are, air conditioning coil failures, failed electrical appliances/flickering lights, black copper, combined with health side effects that include non stop upper respiratory problems, to severe headaches, to nose bleeds, to all sorts of strange rashes." But what about that sulphur smell? The group says, "Some homes have the sulphur smell, some do not. We do not think that the smell of sulphur is necessarily the best indicator for toxic Chinese drywall.

We think a far better indicator for homes, at least in Florida, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, Southeast Texas, Mississippi, Virginia, or other humid, warm states are air conditioning coil failures, electrical problems, combined with all, or some of the homeowner's family are sick. The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is saying,"Within the last two weeks we have discovered counterfeit-or toxic domestic drywall in a major national homebuilders subdivision in the US Southwest. Because there are not high humidity levels in the US Southwest, the homes are not damaged to the extent as those homes in Florida, or the US Southeast, with AC coil failures, or degraded electrical wiring-but the homeowners are sick." This a grim discovery, that was never a question of if, it was always a question of when. The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is demanding the current US President, and the US House & Senate leadership step up to the plate on the toxic Chinese drywall disaster. The group is saying, "thousands, and tens of thousands of Americans are in the mess of their lives, and President Obama has yet to mention toxic Chinese drywall one time? This is the same President who mocked President Bush's two day late response to Hurricane Katrina? President Obama is eleven months late to the worst environmental disaster for US homeowners ever-toxic drywall, & yes the US Consumers Products Safety Commission efforts thus far are pathetic.
